Crispy Roti Prata is owned by an Indian couple where both have mastered the skills of flipping the pratas and cooking them to a perfect crisp. The husband makes the dough everyday without fail at around 4am. Their prata is always sold out by the end of the day.
Although it was not the crispiest I’ve had, the plain prata was still crispy to a great extent. I prefer kosong pratas with fish curry in general. The slight tanginess and spiciness from the fish curry adds another dimension to the crispy plain prata.
